Andrew Young

Andrew Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Partnerships at Allstate since April 2022, Andrew also holds positions as a Business Development Board Member at Genetic Leap since 2018, and Co-Founder of Elder Pine Brewing & Blending Co since 2017. Additionally, Andrew leads strategy and operations at Hua Quan Village International Art and Culture Education Center. Prior to these roles, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2015 to June 2017. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2015.
