Prior to this, John held various leadership roles at Salesforce, including Lead Technical Architect and Lead Solution Engineer, where responsibilities included developing joint solutions and implementing machine learning for enterprise clients. Experience at Charter Solutions involved leading agile teams to innovate AI and data solutions on AWS, while further roles included expertise in threat analytics, strategic delivery management, and sales engineering across multiple industries. John holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Data Science and an MBA, and is currently pursuing another Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence at the University of St. Thomas.
