Robert Smith currently serves as an Instructional Facilitator at Dale Carnegie of Greater North Carolina since August 2023, leading various courses focused on personal and professional development. In addition, Robert has been a Corporate Trainer at Horace Mann since October 2016, where responsibilities include training and coaching new hires across diverse employee roles. As a teacher at both Geneva College and HSLDA Online Academy since 2015 and 2017 respectively, Robert facilitates online learning and engages students in various subjects. Previously, significant experience includes working as a Claims and Training Specialist at State Farm Insurance from 2004 to 2016 and holding various leadership roles in education and ministry.
