A subsidiary of Keefe & Associates, founded in 1943 and located in Lake Geneva, WI, GLV provides full-service management to owners and visitors in the SE Wisconsin area. 

Lake Geneva, WI is the heart of the lakes region in SE Wisconsin and is generally considered one of the Top 5 most beautiful inland lakes the country. With numerous surrounding lakes, Walworth County is the 6th most visited tourist destination in the State of Wisconsin, and the number of visitors seeking vacation rental homes is growing rapidly. In addition to managing properties for over 50 private property owners, GLV currently manages over 20 “company owned” properties in the downtown business district of Lake Geneva.
