Owen Daly

Owen Daly has a strong background in scientific research and drug discovery. Owen currently holds the position of Principal Scientist at Genevant Sciences, where they have been working since 2018. Prior to their current role, they served as a Senior Scientist and Scientist II in drug discovery research. Owen started their career at Genevant Sciences as a Scientist I and worked in drug discovery research for two years.

Before joining Genevant Sciences, Owen worked at Arbutus Biopharma Corporation as a Scientist in In Vivo Pharmacology from 2017 to 2018.

Owen's career began in 2015 at PPD, where they worked as an Associate Scientist. Their responsibilities included contributing to multiple innovator and biosimilar development programs in the Biopharma team. Owen performed various analyses on monoclonal Antibody drug substance and formulated drug product samples for commercial release and stability programs.

Owen Daly completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Genetics from Trinity College Dublin in 2011. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Galway, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in the field of Biochemistry in 2015.
