Anna Cataldo

Anna Cataldo has diverse work experience in operations, process improvement, and project management. Anna is currently working as a Senior Director at Genex Services, where they lead cross-functional teams and develops strategic plans for enterprise-wide programs. Prior to this, they worked at Coventry Workers' Comp Services as a Director of Service Operations, focusing on process improvement and re-designing workflows. Before that, they held the position of Director of Process Improvement at Coventry Health Care, where they led Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve business processes and reduce costs. Anna also has experience as a Senior Manager at Concentra, where they led projects to improve clinical operations and re-design the business operating model.
