Donna Littell

Donna Littell has over three decades of experience in the field of information technology, primarily focusing on business analysis and customer support. Currently serving as a Business Analyst and IT Account Manager at GENEX Services, Inc. since February 2011, Donna is responsible for liaising between GENEX IT and customer technical departments, fostering strong relationships to ensure effective information exchange. Previously, as Manager of EDI and Ancillary Operations at GENEX, Donna oversaw a team responsible for monitoring EDI file transmissions and resolving customer support issues. Earlier in her career, Donna held positions as a Programmer Analyst at Lukens Steel and Sterling Commerce, where key contributions included developing ANSI X12 processes and supporting order processing applications. Donna holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Delaware Technical and Community College and furthered education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
