Les Kertay

Les Kertay serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Ascellus, providing expertise in workplace mental health since March 2024, and also holds positions as Chief Psychologist at The Claim Lab and Medical Director Behavioral Health IME at Genex Services, both started in April 2023. With extensive experience in occupational mental health, Kertay is a Senior Consultant in Behavioral Health at Axiom Medical since April 2021 and has been an Adjunct Professor at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga since 2004. Kertay's clinical and consulting practice, established in 1997, focuses on workplace mental health, population health, and disability medicine. Previous roles include Vice President positions at New York Life Insurance Company and Lincoln Financial Group, and as Chief Medical Officer at R3 Continuum and Unum. Kertay holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State University, following a BA from Western Michigan University.
