Monique Bates, M.S. in Emergency Services Management, has extensive experience in operations and support within emergency services and military logistics. Currently serving as Service Center Support 5 at Genex Services since April 2020, Monique previously worked as a Provider Support Coordinator at One Call from February 2017 to April 2020. Monique also held the position of Brigade Operations NCOIC with the 181 Infantry Brigade, First Army, Division West, from December 2010 to June 2013, overseeing crucial operations that supported numerous Army National Guard and Army Reserve units across multiple states.
