Previously, Simon held several key positions, including Business Investment Manager at DB Breweries and various roles at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, where they engaged with international markets to help New Zealand companies grow. With a passion for leadership, business model creation, and team development, Simon has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex global markets. They have also contributed to community organizations, serving as Vice President of the Saint Bede's College Old Boys Association and as a Trustee for the Te Awa o Te Ora Trust. Simon's academic journey includes a recent experience at INSEAD in 2023.
