Bruce Randall has extensive work experience in the field of digital transformation, innovation, and design leadership. In 1996, they worked as a Project Manager at Online Focus. From 1997 to 2000, Bruce co-founded and served as the President of i-Socket Web Creative, a boutique web design firm, where they worked with clients such as Handspring, Apple Computer, Charles Schwab & Co., and Gap Inc.

In 2000, they joined Cyberplex, Inc. as the Managing Director, and in 2001, they transitioned to the role of President and Principal Strategist at Spring Studio, a BBVA Design and Innovation Company. During their time at Spring Studio, Bruce became the co-head of the studio and a member of BBVA's Global Design leadership team.

In 2018, Bruce co-founded 17seconds, where they served as the Co-Founder and Chief Strategist. The company provided digital transformation, innovation, and design leadership to top brands, with a focus on supporting BBVA's digital transformation programs.

In 2022, Bruce joined geniant as the Managing Director of the San Francisco studio. In this role, they co-lead the digital experience team and contributes to the development of geniant's Financial Services practice. Geniant is an experience consultancy that specializes in shaping experiences in the digital world, physical space, and through human interactions, working with various organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Bruce Randall completed their undergraduate education at UC Santa Barbara from 1985 to 1990. Bruce earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy during this time.
