Genie Receptionist, formerly Front Office Staff of Citrus Heights, is a Live Answering Receptionist Service for small companies that need full-time or part-time call coverage. We are much more than an answering service!
Your callers want to speak with a live person, not voice mail. With Genie Receptionist, your customers will always reach a live person (8-5 Monday through Friday, PST) that understands your business and can answer basic questions. We will announce the calls when transferred, and if you choose, we will take an accurate message that will be delivered to you immediately through text or email.
