Genie Senior Services is a Canadian franchise company that offers seamless full-service senior transitions. Locally owned since 2014, we handle everything in-house, from initial consultation to settling seniors comfortably. With 3000+ moves, 1500+ packing jobs, 1500+ downsizing jobs, and 1000+ clear-outs, we ensure a stress-free experience.

We make the process seamless by understanding our clients, their lifestyles, and cherished possessions. Our services include personalized packing, unpacking, and arranging according to client preferences. Our services also include furniture measurement and custom floor plans for a perfect fit. Genie offers emotional support, helping clients start their new lives. Our one-to-one approach with Genie professionals ensures informed decisions on what to keep, sell, or repurpose through our charity, consignment, and transfer/sorting network. On moving day, we provide reusable materials, handle elevator reservations, and set up the new home, even making the bed and hanging pictures. We stay until the client is fully settled. Our Genie teams efficiently handle complete home clear-outs, sorting possessions, arranging shipping, sales, or donations, and recycling remaining items, leaving the space sparkling. Genie Senior Services is your all-in-one solution for senior downsizing and relocation.

As a franchise, Genie is one of the most unique business opportunities. With low capital investment, high margins, and low overhead, franchisees can focus on delivering exceptional service and grow their business, instead of worrying about leases and other factors of brick-and-mortar opportunities. With the main focus on sales and relationship building, franchisees can scale their business quickly and without resistance, simply by focusing on relationship building and team management. We are actively looking for qualified franchise partners to join our Genie team. Territories are available in B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and more.
