Mark Davis currently serves as the Head of North American Customer Service at Genie, a position held since February 2025. Mark’s extensive experience in customer service leadership includes notable positions at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities included Vice President of Customer Experience and Frontline Systems as well as Vice President of Experience and Fulfillment from September 2016 to April 2023. Mark also held key roles at T-Mobile, serving as Vice President of Customer Service and Senior Director of Customer Service and Sales from April 2010 to July 2016, and previously as Director of Resource Planning and Real Estate and Senior Manager of Site Development at T-Mobile USA from June 2003 to January 2010. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-law from East Carolina University.
