They have successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets, driven strategic initiatives, and developed cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Previously, Simon held key management positions at O'Brien, Treadstone Global Ltd., Henry Schein, Smurfit Kappa, and ArjoHuntleigh. They earned an MBA from the University of Gloucestershire and an HND in Mechanical Engineering from the University of the West of England.
