Lili Chu

Lili Chu has more than 15 years of experience in the fashion industry and has held various design and creative positions at companies like Gap Inc., ANN INC., J Brand Jeans, and [BLANKNYC]. Lili also worked as a design consultant and illustrator for various companies and was a board member at THE ADVISORY BOARD OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF FASHION INDUSTRIES. In addition, they taught as an associate professor at Parsons School for Design. Currently, they are the design director at Geniemode, a position they will start in December 2022.

Lili Chu has an education history that began at Irving High School in 1990-1991. Lili then attended Arts Magnet High School for the Performing & Visual Arts from 1991-1993 where they received a diploma in fine arts and costume design. In 1993-1997, Chu attended the Parsons School of Design - The New School and graduated with a BFA in Fashion Design. In 1994-1995, they also attended Parsons Paris – The New School and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fashion/Apparel Design.
