ERDAL ÇAM

Erdal Çam is currently the Human Resources Director at Gen, overseeing HR functions with a focus on organizational design and talent management. Previously, they held the position of Head of HR Operations & Supply Chain at Danone, managing over 1500 employees across multiple plants and playing a crucial role in culture change initiatives. Before that, Çam served as HR Director at Coca-Cola Dogadan, where they established talent management systems and employee engagement strategies. Their career also includes significant experience as an HR Manager at Kraft Foods and as an HR Business Partner at Unilever, where they contributed to performance management and employee relations. Erdahl Çam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Bilkent University.
