Gareth Marlow

Gareth Marlow is an accomplished Executive Coach and Consultant at eqsystems.io since June 2016, specializing in coaching, mentoring, and management consultancy for growing organizations, with a focus on strategy development, employee engagement, personal development, organizational design, and management frameworks. Currently serving as Non Executive Chair at Glean and involved with the Business of Software Conference, Gareth has a wealth of experience in leadership roles, notably as COO and Executive Director at Red Gate Software, where contributions led to the company's recognition on the Sunday Times Best Companies lists for seven years. Previous roles include IT management and systems leadership at the University of Cambridge, Scientia Ltd, and early experience as an Admissions Officer at Trinity Hall. Gareth holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge and completed the Mastered Programme in Executive Coaching at Meyler Campbell.
