Alex Iceman has a long and varied work experience. Alex started their career in 2003 as an Ice Hockey Referee with the Russian Ice Hockey Federation. In 2005, they became a Game Developer with Millionaire, where they worked on animation engine and integration with AI engine. In 2009, they joined the Research Institute of Biotechnology as a Systems Administrator and Iceman Softworks as a Premium Mobile and Web Developer. In 2011, they became CEO of Genium, a premium software engineering and agile consulting firm. In 2012, they joined Concrete Interactive as a Senior iOS Developer and the WSHL as an Ice Hockey Referee. In 2015, they began working as a Professional Ice Hockey Referee with the American Hockey League. Finally, in 2006, they became the Head of Competition Department with the Russian Inline Hockey Association.
Alex Iceman graduated from Moscow State University of Applied Biotechnology in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science (Specialist) in Engineering; Engineer of Applied Biotechnology. Alex then went on to pursue a Master of Science (Specialist) in Applied Mathematics and Informatics; Mathematician at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), which they completed in 2012.
