Carson Coles

Carson Coles has an extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Carson started their career in 2012 as a Production Engineer Co-op at Dellcom Aerospace Inc., where they assisted the lead engineer, collected data from experiments, and generated reports. Carson then joined Dellcom Aerospace Inc. as a Production Engineer in 2015, where they implemented strategies to overcome challenges, applied KPIs and value stream mapping to identify bottlenecks, and led continuous improvement initiatives. As a Methods Engineer at Dellcom Aerospace Inc., Carson analyzed manufacturing lead times, tracked project deliveries and costs, and identified cost-effective alternatives to existing processes.

In 2019, Carson joined LHM Technologies Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they established and maintained production routers for clients in various sectors, communicated with clients to define project requirements, and managed the supply chain. Currently, they work at Genius Solutions as a Project Director, where they are responsible for overseeing projects and providing manufacturing consultancy services.

Carson Coles completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree with a specialization in Process Automatic Technology at McMaster University in 2014.
