Iryna Labaz is a seasoned recruiter currently employed at Geniusee since May 2021, where responsibilities include clarifying job requirements with hiring managers and conducting thorough candidate screenings. Previously, Iryna served as an IT Talent Searcher, sourcing technical and non-technical specialists across various countries, employing diverse platforms for recruitment. Prior to this role, Iryna spent nearly a decade at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, delivering lectures and mentoring students while actively contributing to academic publications and conferences.
