Ishrat Binte Rouf has extensive experience in program leadership, communication, and public relations, primarily at GenLab since October 2016, where roles have included Program Lead and Manager of Communication & PR, working on projects with significant organizations such as META, the United Nations, and the US Embassy. Previous positions include Policy Specialist for Advocacy for Social Change at BRAC and Communications Manager at ClimateLaunchpad Bangladesh. Additional experience encompasses moderating sessions for the Global Landscapes Forum and serving as an International Youth Delegate for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs India. Academic qualifications include a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka, as well as prior education at Viqarunnisa Noon College and School.
