Anna Chen

Anna (Ya-Na) Chen, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Data Science Strategy & Operations at Genmab since March 2024. Previously, Anna held the position of Associate at McKinsey & Company from April 2021 to March 2024. Anna completed a PhD in Biophysical Chemistry at Yale University, where Anna was a candidate from May 2016 to December 2020. In 2020, Anna gained experience as a Summer Business Strategy Associate at CtrlTrial and as a Canaan-Yale Fellow at the Yale Office of Cooperative Research. Anna holds a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from National Taiwan University, completed in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the same institution, earned in 2012.
