Åsa Schiött

Åsa Schiött is currently the Associated Director of Nonclinical Safety & Toxicology at Genmab, a position they have held since 2023. They have extensive experience in the life sciences industry, having served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Idogen AB from 2020 to 2022 and various managerial roles at Hansa Biopharma AB and Novo Nordisk A/S. Åsa earned their PhD in Tumor Immunology from Lund University, where they studied from 1991 to 1999, and has contributed significantly to the field through roles such as Head of Immunology at Nordic Vaccine A/S and Senior Scientist at the Department of Immunotechnology. As of 2023, Åsa is also a Senior Consultant at PAC Consulting AB.
