Catherine Williams

Catherine Williams serves as the Senior Director and Global Data Privacy Lead at Genmab since December 2023, following a role as the US Data Privacy Officer at Boehringer Ingelheim from October 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Catherine held multiple positions at Novo Nordisk, including Senior Director & Privacy Counsel in the Privacy Office, and gained experience as Assistant General Counsel at Aramark, focusing on privacy within the K-12, Corrections, and Leisure sectors. Catherine's legal career also includes work as an Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, representing clients in complex civil litigation and regulatory compliance matters, and as a Research & Writing Attorney at the Federal Community Defender Office. A graduate of Rutgers Law School with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and Davidson College with a B.A. in History and Spanish, Catherine began the legal profession as a paralegal, building a strong foundation in banking and finance law.
