Harm Buddiger

Harm Buddiger is an experienced professional in bioanalytical science, currently serving as Director and Team Lead in Operational Bioanalytical Science at Genmab since April 2011, where responsibilities include managing bioanalytical laboratories and overseeing nonclinical toxicology studies to support novel cancer therapies. Additionally, Harm has held a role as Sr. Process Development Consultant at HAUSSE since November 2019. Previous experience includes positions at Merck Sharp & Dohme as a 1st Biochemical Lab Technician, where Harm contributed to the development of immunoassays, and at Future Diagnostics as a Research Assistant focused on immunoassay validation. Early in the career, Harm worked in various capacities such as a secretary for the Change Control Board at Organon and completed an apprenticeship at Intervet International B.V. with a focus on bacterial delivery systems. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Microbiology from Fontys Hogescholen Venlo/Eindhoven.
