Harmony Reed has over a decade of experience in clinical operations and biomarker management, currently serving as Associate Director of Biomarker Operations at Genmab since June 2019, where previous roles included Senior Biomarker Operations Manager, Biomarker Operations Manager, and Biomarker Operations Specialist. Prior to Genmab, Harmony worked as a Clinical Trial Manager at Symphogen and held various positions at Merck, including Clinical Development Scientist and Biologist, as well as a Biological Technician at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Harmony completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Research Organization and Management from Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science/Biology from Rutgers University.
