Iris Kolder, PhD, serves as the Associate Director of early Translational & Clinical Data Science at Genmab, leading a team focused on data-driven analysis of multi-omics data through advanced methods and artificial intelligence since January 2019. Kolder previously held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Genmab, as well as Senior Bioinformatician roles at BaseClear BV and Leiden University. In the earlier part of the career, Kolder worked as a Biostatistician at CardioGenx and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute. Educationally, Kolder earned a PhD in Biostatistics and Genetic Epidemiology from the University of Amsterdam after obtaining a Master's degree in Cancer Genomics & Developmental Biology and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology.
