Manlei Wu

Manlei Wu is the Associate Director of Biostatistics at Genmab, where they act as a statistical expert supporting clinical development strategies. Prior to this role, Manlei served as a Principal Biostatistician at MorphoSys, leading the biostatistical delivery for a Phase 3 pivotal study and earning the Morphosys Spirit CEO Award in 2024 for their operational excellence. With a solid foundation in statistics from Virginia Commonwealth University, where they earned a Master’s degree with a perfect GPA, and additional credentials in Economics and Insurance, Manlei combines a strong academic background with extensive experience in oncology studies and regulatory collaboration. They also worked at PPD as a Biostatistician II, where they led project teams and ensured adherence to statistical methodologies.
