Mona Söderblom

Mona Söderblom has extensive experience in training and development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Training Operations Partner in R&D at Genmab since September 2020, Mona previously held the position of Innovation & Learning Specialist at H Lundbeck A/S from May 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading clinical development engagement tools and managing training activities for global study management. Prior experience at AstraZeneca spanned from 1995 to May 2011, culminating in the role of Learning & Development Section Director, where Mona directed strategic initiatives and managed learning processes across multiple sites in Sweden and the USA. Educational qualifications include certificates in Training Practice and Online Learning from CIPD, alongside studies at Blekinge Institute of Technology.
