Pascal Delcour

Pascal Delcour is an experienced IT Team Lead in the biotech sector, currently serving as the Associate Director of Laboratory Support at Genmab. With a Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Pascal began their career as an Information Technologist at the Academic Medical Center Amsterdam and has since held various roles, including Executive Director of Global IT at uniQure. Over more than 25 years, Pascal has specialized in bridging IT with research and development, ensuring compliance and smooth operation of IT systems across key departments. Recognized for adding value to projects and processes, Pascal is also an active member of the Astellas works council and a dedicated musician in Bigband Skyblasters.
