Rayne Waller

Rayne Waller is the EVP and Chief Technical Operations Officer at Genmab, where they drive CMC innovation, supply chain strategy, and lean transformation. With over 30 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, Rayne previously served as the Chief Operating Officer at Capsida Biotherapeutics, building CMC operations from the ground up. Their extensive career at Amgen included various leadership roles, culminating in Vice President positions overseeing global supply chain management and manufacturing operations. Rayne earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Operations Management from the University of Arizona.
