Rick Hibbert Ph.

Rick Hibbert MBA Ph.D is an accomplished biotechnology executive with a robust background in CMC science and technologies, currently serving as Vice President and Head of CMC Science and Technologies at Genmab since July 2013. With leadership experience overseeing a multidisciplinary team of 140 FTE, Rick excels in analytical and process development across all stages of product development. Previous positions at Genmab include Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director, focusing on departmental strategy, change management, and CMC research. Additional experience includes roles at Antoni van Leeuwenhoek as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, and Thomson Reuters in Medical Communications. Rick holds a DPhil in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford and an MBA from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School.
