Taylor Evans

Taylor Evans is a Senior Associate in Digital Systems Management at Genmab, contributing to the optimization of the GenDocs system since February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a System Administrator at National Resilience Inc., where responsibilities involved developing reporting functions, analyzing data from over 2,500 employees, and improving system functionalities. As a Global Development Intern at Novartis, Taylor was instrumental in enhancing user-centered design for learning portals, resulting in significant increases in site usage and user satisfaction. Early experience includes a Summer Learning Student Externship at AT&T. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from Rutgers University, completed in 2021.
