Thomas Mark is an accomplished statistician and geneticist with extensive experience in the biostatistics and genetic evaluation sectors. Currently serving as Director of Biostatistics at Genmab since October 2022, Thomas previously held the position of Principal Statistician at LEO Pharma from March 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, roles at Novo Nordisk included Global HEOR Lead and Statistical Specialist from November 2015 to March 2020. Thomas’s academic career spans a decade at the University of Copenhagen as an associate professor and assistant professor, focusing on quantitative genetics and systems genetics. Earlier, Thomas served as a research geneticist at the Interbull Centre and a project manager at the Danish Cattle Federation. Thomas holds a Doctorate in Animal Breeding and Genetics from SLU and a Master of Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole.
