Gennari Aronson is a law firm serving innovative companies, entrepreneurs, and the private investors and venture capital firms that finance them. Founded by veterans of Boston’s largest law firms, the firm exemplifies the same entrepreneurial spirit that guides many of its clients. Gennari Aronson attorneys have decades of experience and are recognized as practical “hands on” lawyers with a deep and long-standing network throughout the technology, consumer, innovation, and emerging growth company markets.

The firm serves clients at all stages of growth from angel-funded and venture-backed early stage companies to publically held global enterprises. They take a general counsel approach on corporate and securities matters and they also have broad and substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and other public offerings as well as private offerings of equity and debt securities, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and technology licensing and other intellectual property transactions. Clients include established companies in the technology, medical device, life sciences, consumer, retail, venture capital, and finance sectors.

Gennari Aronson understands that client success depends on much more than carefully crafted legal documents. The firm's experienced lawyers leverage their expertise and contacts to help their clients find solutions, refine ideas, focus business strategies, build relationships, and access capital.
