Heather DuMond is a seasoned pharmacy professional with extensive experience in operations and patient care. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Operations at Genoa Healthcare since December 2022, Heather manages multiple pharmacy locations in the Midwest and strengthens clinic partnerships. Prior roles include Specialty Staff Pharmacist at Walgreens, focusing on complex disease management, and Site Manager at Genoa Healthcare, where Heather coordinated the launch of a new pharmacy within the Oak Street Health system. Additionally, Heather has served as Affiliate Faculty at Purdue University since May 2019, educating APPE students on value-based care. Heather earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in 2016.
