Dan Royer

Dan Royer is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and network administration. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Genomatica since July 2013, Dan has a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and updating systems, and providing technical support both remotely and onsite. Previous roles include Desktop Support Specialist positions at Hologic Gen-Probe and POMEROY IT SOLUTIONS/IBM, where Dan managed support for over 1000 end users, performed equipment maintenance, and ensured compliance with service level agreements. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and Communications Management and an Associate of Science degree in Network Systems Administration from DeVry University, as well as an Associate's degree in Film and Video from Full Sail University.
