Eli Casdin

Eli Casdin serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Casdin Capital, LLC since November 2011 and holds several significant board positions including Board Member at The Rockefeller University, New York Genome Center, Standard BioTools, GeneDx, Prominex Inc., Genomatica, and SomaLogic. Eli has been involved with the Columbia University School of General Studies as a member of the Board of Visitors since 2015, and previously contributed as a Board Member for Tenaya Therapeutics until December 2022. Eli completed an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University in 2003, following earlier education at the University of Vermont and Riverdale Country School.
