Eric A. is currently the Associate Director Business Development at Geno, leading transformative initiatives for the utilization of biogenic carbon to mitigate carbon emissions. Prior to this, Eric worked as the Senior Business Development Manager for Specialty Chemicals at Innospec Inc., driving climate change mitigation through biofermentation-based chemicals. Eric also has experience as the Senior Regional Sales Manager for Personal Care EMEA at Innospec Inc., and as the Regional Sales Manager at INTERPOLYMER. In addition, Eric founded and served as the Managing Director of Green-ingenierie, focusing on eco-friendly products. With a background in sales and business development, Eric has a strong foundation in various industries, including HR solutions at Adia / Adecco Group.
