Emma R. has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in marketing and human resources. Starting as a marketing intern at Eco-Systems Sustainable Exhibits, Inc. in 2015, Emma managed social media and assisted with accounting operations. Emma then progressed in the HR field at You Need A Budget, serving as a People Ops, HR Specialist & Hiring Coordinator from March 2020 to March 2024, playing a critical role in the employee lifecycle and leading hiring for the customer support team.
