Winston Patrick Kuo

Winston Patrick Kuo is currently the Head of General Operations at Predicine, where they focus on advancing precision medicine in oncology and infectious diseases. They have served as a member of the Board of Directors and VP of Programs at the Westchester Biotech Project since 2017, fostering collaboration among researchers and scientists. Kuo founded and served as Editor in Chief for the Journal of Circulating Biomarkers and Nanobiomedicine, both of which are international, peer-reviewed scientific journals. With extensive experience in molecular diagnostics and biotechnology, Kuo has held leadership positions across various organizations, including as the Chief Operating Officer at IES Diagnostics and Head of Global Alliance Management at Predicine. They hold advanced degrees from renowned institutions, including Harvard University and Columbia University, and continue to contribute actively to numerous scientific advisory boards and initiatives.
