Michał Wachowski

Michał Wachowski has over 10 years of experience in the finance and investment industry. In 2009, they began their career at Polimex-Mostostal S.A. as an Analyst at Subsidiaries Supervision Department, where they monitored the performance of subsidiaries, designed and implemented restructurisation plans, executed mergers, spin-offs and divestments, and prepared and led the process of public issue of shares. In 2013, they joined Deloitte as a Consultant, where they developed a business model for air cargo operations, implemented the Calypso CTBO System, and provided support for the accounting team. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Investment Manager at ARP. During this time, they also served as a Supervisory Board Member at Świętokrzyskie Kopalnie Surowców Mineralnych and a Member of the Management Board and Supervisory Board Member at Ekobenz Sp. z o.o. In 2018, they became an Investment Director at Montis Capital Group, a Member of the Management Board at Fabryka Kotłów "SEFAKO" S.A., and an Investment Manager at TFS. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Genomtec SA.

Michał Wachowski attended the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2002 to 2007.
