Bruce Kloster

Bruce Kloster has a strong work history in the field of technology and communications. Bruce is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Genova Technologies since January 2020. Prior to this role, they held a position at Rockwell Collins from January 2006 to September 2013, where they served as the Senior Director of Communication and Navigation. During this time, they were responsible for the technical direction of communication and navigation advanced concept technology demonstration programs. Bruce played a crucial role in developing new technical concepts in their area and securing external funding through proposal development, resulting in increased funding levels from $6 million in 2004 to $35 million in 2013. Bruce also focused on developing internal investment plans to drive business unit growth in the 3-5 year time frame.

Bruce Kloster received their Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they attended from 1967 to 1973.
