Dawn Ainger

Dawn Ainger has had a diverse work experience. Dawn started their career at Genova Technologies in 1996, where they held the positions of Programs Manager and Software Engineering Manager until 2001. In the same company, they later became the Chairman & CEO.

In 2001, they joined the National Defense Industry Association as a Board Member.

In 2006, they joined the IOWAccess Board as a Board Member and served until 2010.

In 2007, they became an Executive Board Member of the Technology Association of Iowa, a position they held until 2012. Dawn also served as the association's Past President from 2011 to 2011.

Dawn joined the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance in 2009 as a Board Member and served until 2012.

In 2011, they became a Board Member of the Iowa Economia Development Authority, where they served until 2018.

Throughout their career, Dawn Ainger has shown a strong commitment and involvement in various organizations and industries.

Dawn Ainger obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Dawn further pursued their education at the same university and completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1996.
