Tim Lässig

Tim Lässig is currently the Abteilungsleiter HR Operations at Genossenschaftsverband – Verband der Regionen e.V., a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they gained extensive experience in payroll and benefits management, serving as the Head of Payroll at TUI Business Services GmbH from 2018 to 2021, and holding roles such as Head of Payroll Processing & Benefits and Head of Group Benefits at Uniper HR Services Hannover GmbH. Earlier in their career, Tim was the Recruitment Services Manager at Charter Health and a Manager at Accenture, specializing in HR consulting. Tim holds a Diplom in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, which they completed in 2005.
