Frederic Putinier

Frederic Putinier is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in research and development, innovation, and project management within the biotechnology and materials industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations (COO) at genOway since April 2024, Frederic manages six technical departments and oversees a team of 70 individuals. Prior roles include Design & Laboratory Manager at NEMERA, where Frederic led a team of 20 in medical device development, and Director of R&D at ORAPI GROUP, where Frederic was involved in strategic planning and multi-functional project coordination. Frederic's earlier positions include leading innovation at Gerflor and Mapa Spontex. Frederic holds an engineering degree in Chemistry, Polymers, and Materials from ITECH Lyon, as well as various project management and operational excellence certifications.
