Abhijeet is currently a Process Developer and Total Rewards Analyst in Compensation at Genpact, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, Abhijeet worked as a Technical Recruiter at Jconnect Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Abhijeet earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from GLA University, where they studied from 2017 to 2020, having also completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering there from 2014 to 2017. Abhijeet commenced their educational journey with a High School degree in Science from St. Anthony's Convent School in 2014.
