Ananda Eshwarappa

Ananda Eshwarappa is a Senior Manager in Risk Data Analytics at Genpact, bringing over 19 years of experience in risk management, data governance, and regulatory compliance. Currently part of the Capital Controllers Transformation Team, Ananda collaborates with executive leads on risk-weighted assets remediation and the migration of legacy risk platforms. Previously, Ananda held positions at Genpact focusing on risk data analytics and governance for major U.S. banking institutions, as well as worked at IBM and Capco in various risk management roles. Ananda earned a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Annamalai University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University.
