Ankush Khosla possesses extensive experience in operations, sales, and service delivery within the financial services sector. As Chief Operating Officer at Home Credit India from January 2018 to January 2020, Ankush managed a team of over 5,000 professionals across various domains. In the role of Chief Sales Officer, responsibilities included overseeing a sales network of over 7,000 employees and 90,000 points of sale. Previously, Ankush served as Six Sigma Black Belt and Workforce Management at Genpact, and later as Assistant Vice President – Portfolio Strategy at Global Vantedge. As Senior Vice President at iQor, Ankush led financial services practices and expanded the workforce significantly. Currently, Ankush is the Executive Vice President at Onsitego and serves as Banking & Capital Market Service Delivery Leader for Genpact in the Philippines, showcasing a robust track record in operational leadership and strategic growth. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University, a Master’s degree from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, and a diploma in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from the Institute of Hotel Management.
